Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).

Profile Information: Information you voluntarily provide such as your bio, website URL, headline, and location.

Content You Create: Career updates, posts, and professional content you create within the platform.

Platform Integrations: When you connect third-party platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Dev.to, etc.), we store OAuth access tokens and basic profile information from those platforms solely to enable posting on your behalf.

Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with our service including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our platform
  • To publish content to connected platforms on your explicit instruction
  • To process and optimize your content using AI (Anthropic Claude API)
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
  • To improve and personalize our service
  • To communicate with you about updates or support
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with and share data with third-party services only as necessary to provide our service:

  • Supabase — database and authentication hosting
  • Anthropic (Claude API) — AI content processing. Content sent to Claude is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy
  • LinkedIn, GitHub, Dev.to, Hashnode — content is posted only when you explicitly request it
  • Vercel — application hosting and deployment

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which is hosted on AWS infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission
  • Row-level security on all database tables
  • OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed to the frontend
  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Disconnect any third-party platform integration at any time
  • Export your data (contact us to request)
